iLAB is the lab of innovation. It is India’s most advanced and high-tech centre of Creative Leadership and Innovation which has been specially set up to provide a WOW experience in Management Development Programs to the corporate professionals and students. The centre is the vision of Sri Sunil Rane, Founder and Executive President of Atharva Group of Institutes and brain child of Pravin Rajpal, globally acclaimed Innovation thought leader and coach to Fortune 500 companies. The centre has world class infrastructure with 50 touch screen computers, cutting edge softwares, technologies, tools and most advanced 3D Idea generator for generating breakthroughs. Atharva’s iLab is a state-of-the-art facility, which will exclusively be used for Innovation through Technology.
The infrastructure and technology of the new centre is unmatched by any other university or learning centre in the world. The centre is a new innovation playground based on gamification methodology for developing future ready creative thought leaders, innovation champions and breakthrough ideas for high growth and market leadership.
Introduction:
Atharva Centre of Creativity has initiated a Creative Leadership, Innovation and Idea generation program for students of Atharva College of Engineering in its iLab (Innovation Lab).

iLAB is the lab of Innovation and Imagination. This lab provides Physical, mind and Technology space to give shape to your Next Breakthroughs. It is one of India’s most advanced and high-tech centres of Creative Leadership and Innovation which has been specifically set up with a view to provide an unprecedented experience in Management Development Programs to the corporate professionals and students. The centre is the Vision of Shri Sunil Rane, Founder and Executive President of Atharva Group of Institutes.
The centre has world class infrastructure with 50 touch screen computers,each of which is equipped with 1TB Hard disk and 8GB RAM, cutting edge softwares, technologies, tools and most advanced 3D Idea generator software for generating breakthroughs. Atharva’s iLab is a state-of-the-art facility, which will exclusively be used for Innovation through Technology.

We selected students for training based on their innovative thinking skills as well as those with startup ideas. We had conducted 2 four day sessions for students of SE,TE,BE and 1 day Introductory session for FE to make them aware of iLab and certain new concepts as mentioned in table below.

We have maintained E-library of innovative projects in ACE since last 3 years.Moreover, the students who participated in IEEE Techithon 2017 were provided with guidance throughout the lifecycle of conception of their innovative ideas. Affirmative inputs were
provided which enhanced their notions in an effective manner. An FDP on “Design Thinking” was organised for students and faculty members which was instrumental in giving exposure towards Out-of-the-Box Thinking. This then aroused new ideas in us and enabled us to motivate students to think in innovative ways rather than the conventional approach.

We are working on improvement of our session where we can focus on different concepts of innovative world. Plans have been devised for creation of modular courses on Creativity and Innovative thinking to ensure maximum utilisation of Innovation lab by students across Atharva Group of Institutes.
