We are pleased to announce the “Atharva Awards for Excellence” in Research, Technology & Innovation, inviting applications from researchers and innovators across India, including students enrolled in regular bonafide UG, PG, and PhD (Research Scholar) programs.

      Award Categories:

      Eligibility

        This prestigious award seeks to encourage young researchers who demonstrate excellence in their respective fields and contribute to global knowledge in research, technology and innovation.
      • All Engineering regular bonafide Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and PhD (Research Scholars) from a recognized college or university can only participate.
      • Participants must possess a valid identity card issued by their respective institute or university.
      • The participant’s academic program should be in engineering and Technology field only.
      • Note: Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the awarding committee. The selection committee's decisions are final and binding, and no participant may challenge them.

      Registration Guidelines: (Open until 31st March)

      • There is no Registration Fee
      • For registration please follow the steps:
      • Fill the registration form by CLICK HERE or SCAN the QR Code (in case of a team submission,only one team leader should register)
      • Upload a short 1-2 minutes video showcasing the concept, working, problem statement, and real-world application. (Video should be in English.)
      • Upload the Synopsis (PDF format) (Max 5 pages) with title, Introduction,Objectives, Materials & Methods and references. ( Download the format from our Website)
      • Upload the properly filled and signed Declaration Form. ( Download the format from our website)


      Submission Guidelines: (Deadlines until 30th April)

      • Upload the following documents on the Drive and share the link on atharvaawrads@gmail.com.
      • Upload a short 2-5 minutes complete working model video showcasing the concept, working, problem statement,real-world applications and Future scope. (Video should be in English)
      • Upload the Research Project Report (PDF format) (Max 10 pages) with title, Introduction,Objectives, Materials & Methods and references. (Download the format from our Website)
      • Upload the PowerPoint Presentation. ( Download the format from website)

      Evaluation Criteria

        Each project will be evaluated based on the following parameters:
      • Innovation & Uniqueness – Novelty of the idea and originality.
      • Technical Feasibility – Engineering design, methodology, and execution.
      • Impact & Practical Application – Real-world implementation and scalability.
      • Presentation & Video Explanation – Clarity, demonstration, and effectiveness.
      • Sustainability & Ethical Considerations – Environmental & societal impact.
      • Ethical Considerations - Integrity,Originality & Moral responsibility.
      • Note: Plagiarism or copying of other projects/work will result in immediate disqualification and revocation of candidature.

      For (UG & PG)

      For (PhD Scholars)

      • Equal Opportunities for male and female participants (Total 2 Awards)

      Travelling Allowances:

      • Only the awardee(In case of Team win, only team leader) will be reimbursed for 3rd AC train fare from their nearest railway station to Mumbai.
      • The fare will be calculated based on the shortest route available. A valid train ticket or e-ticket must be provided for reimbursement.
      • The candidate will bear the expenses from the hotel to the venue.

      Accommodation in Mumbai:

      • Shortlisted candidates will be provided with one-night complimentary stay in Mumbai.
      • Any additional stay beyond the allocated period will be at their own expense.
